Dr. Carson Dial was born and raised here in the Treasure Valley, where he grew up loving all things baseball and Boise State. He loves that he has been able to return to his hometown and raise his family in this great community.
Dr. Dial graduated from Borah High School in 2005. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at Brigham Young University–Idaho. While there, he met his beautiful wife, Carly.
Shortly after graduating from BYU–Idaho, they moved to South Jordan, Utah where Dr. Dial earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Roseman University of Health Sciences. Since then he has devoted many hours to continuing education to advance his clinical expertise and remain current on the latest dental techniques and procedures.
Dr. Dial has developed a love for his profession but above all else, enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them gain a confident healthy smile.Outside the office he still loves all things baseball and BSU! He and his wife have 4 wonderful kids who keep them on the move. He loves coaching his son’s baseball team and is a proud Dad at every dance recital!

Lisa was born and raised in Eastern Oregon. She began her career in Dentistry right after high school. She graduated as a certified dental assistant and began to work for her family dentist. Her and her family moved here in 2014 and has fallen in love with all that Idaho has to offer.
She has a daughter who is a sous chef at a fine dining restaurant in Oregon, one son who plays Lacrosse for the College of Idaho and one son still in high school. She raises and breeds English and Olde English bulldogs. In her free time you can most likely find her on the sidelines watching and cheering on her boys.
Stephanie has called Idaho home for nearly 20 years. She enjoys spending time with her daughter doing crafts and doing anything outdoors. She comes to us after more than 10 years working in orthodontic offices. She volunteers as a board member for the Southwest Idaho Business Alliance and helps organize and assemble many of their small business markets you may have seen at City Hall and elsewhere.
Joana was born and raised right here in Idaho. Her and her husband have three wonderful kids and two golden doodles! She brings years of experience from both pediatric and general dentistry. In her spare time she makes some amazing cakes and is an all around talented baker. She loves going out, trying new foods and restaurants and going on spontaneous trips!
Katelyn is a native to the Treasure Valley and enjoys getting outside and enjoying the outdoors. She loves doing everything from boating in the summer to riding snowmobiles in the winter. Her and her husband are the parents to an adorable little girl and two puppies!
Britney is a native of Idaho and is the oldest of 3 siblings. Her and her husband Seth are the parents to two beautiful children. She graduated from BYU-Idaho and then attended Apollo College where she received her Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008. With over 15 years of experience in she loves connecting with her patients and providing quality, comfortable cleanings! She loves spending her spare time camping, fishing, riding ATVs and working on their farm with over 30 animals, dogs, cats, chickens, quails turkeys and cows!
Kelli grew up in Utah and called Pocatello home for the last 10 years before moving to Starrecently. Her and her husband have 3 active kids that keep them busy with their soccerschedules. She loves to run, read, do anything outdoorsy, live music and ultimately enjoyshanging out with her family. She has been a hygienist for 15 years and loves her job andconnecting with her patients!
Tanya brings 30 years of experience in the dental field. She enjoys being outdoors with her husband and 3 kids. On any given summer weekend you can find her camping, hunting or fishing with her family. She enjoys watching and shuttling her kids to their busy athletic schedules. She’s not always just on the sideline, she enjoys playing and watching sports!
Amina is new to Idaho and is loving living in Middleton! She brings over 15 years of experience to our team and thoroughly enjoys meeting and establishing relationships with her patients. She loves to get out and enjoy the outdoors with her husband Sean and their daughter. She loves baking and makes a delicious loaf of sourdough bread.
