Dr. Carson Dial was born and raised here in the Treasure Valley, where he grew up loving all things baseball and Boise State. He loves that he has been able to return to his hometown and raise his family in this great community.
Dr. Dial graduated from Borah High School in 2005. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology at Brigham Young University–Idaho. While there, he met his beautiful wife, Carly.
Shortly after graduating from BYU–Idaho, they moved to South Jordan, Utah where Dr. Dial earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Roseman University of Health Sciences. Since then he has devoted many hours to continuing education to advance his clinical expertise and remain current on the latest dental techniques and procedures.
Dr. Dial has developed a love for his profession but above all else, enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them gain a confident healthy smile.Outside the office he still loves all things baseball and BSU! He and his wife have 4 wonderful kids who keep them on the move. He loves coaching his son’s baseball team and is a proud Dad at every dance recital!

Lisa was born and raised in Eastern Oregon. She began her career in Dentistry right after high school. She graduated as a certified dental assistant and began to work for her family dentist. Her and her family moved here in 2014 and has fallen in love with all that Idaho has to offer.
She has a daughter who is a sous chef at a fine dining restaurant in Oregon, one son who plays Lacrosse for the College of Idaho and one son still in high school. She raises and breeds English and Olde English bulldogs. In her free time you can most likely find her on the sidelines watching and cheering on her boys.
Daniele and her family have lived in most states on the west coast but decided to settle in Idaho in 2015. She enjoys the outdoors. Taking every opportunity she can to go boating, skiing, camping and spending time together as a family. She loves working in the dental field and appreciates the relationships she gets to build with patients.
Chelsea was born in British Columbia, Canada and moved all over the west coast of Canada and the US before settling in the Treasure Valley in August of 2003. She is the oldest of 5 siblings and is the dedicated mom of one wonderful son. She graduated from Carrington College’s Dental Hygiene program as class president in 2016 and continues to keep her skills sharp with her continuing education. She prides herself on providing quality, comfortable and thorough hygiene care and connecting with her patients on a personal level.
When Chelsea isn’t at work, you can find her at her son’s sports games, spending time with her family, traveling, or enjoying the many activities the beautiful state of Idaho has to offer.
Amber is a Utah native who recently moved to Idaho with her husband. She loves making adults and kids smile which led her to pursue a career in dental hygiene. She graduated from in 2009 and has practiced at a few offices in Utah while growing her adorable family. She loves everything outdoors and anything that gets the adrenaline pumping! While hygiene and the outdoors are near the top of her list her absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband and four children.
Shay grew up in Nyssa, Oregon working the ranch and farming. She has lived in Idaho for 4 years now and loves everything the Gem State has to offer. She played basketball Linn-Benton College in Corvalis, Oregon where she started her Dental Assisting program and graduated in 2013. She still loves staying active and playing sports and spends any downtime being outdoors and chasing her busy three year old.
Kim lives right here in Star, and enjoys spending time with her family. She is happily married to her husband Jacob and they have 3 daughters, Torey, Izzy and Elena. She enjoys camping, dirt bike riding, four-wheel riding in the mountains and going to the Oregon Coast every summer with her family! Kim has been in dentistry as an assistant for 16 years! She is a bit of a Harry Potter nerd, and hopes travel to Europe some day!
